For the last 15 years Mike has been responsible for designing, building and implementing covert as well as overt surveillance devices. Mike's innovative designs have been consider state of the art technology and cover a multitude of complex applications utilized in local, state, and federal investigations.

His forte is in the field of Portable Microwave Camera Systems [Covert/Overt] and Pole Camera Systems. Additionally Mike has developed an expertise in deploying enhanced electronic surveillance equipment used in "Wire Tap" investigations. Mike is also sought out locally and nationally for his counsel on the use of covert Audio/Video Transmitters, Global Positioning Systems [GPS], Networking Camera Systems and in high risk tactical applications.

Mike has also developed and instructed training courses in the areas of:
"Technology and the 21st Century", "Basic Technology", "Covert Microwave Cameras", "Technology and Police Administration",  "Technology and Investigations", "Technology and Tactical Situations". Other classes taught include, "Pen Registers", "Wire Taps", "Cellular & Pager Interceptions".

During his career, Mike has received numerous citations to include Meritorious Service Ribbons, Chiefs Unit Citations, Letter of Recognitions, Certificate of Commendations, Community Commitment Awards, and the Superintendent Award.
