Dale D. Quigley

Dale Quigley has been peace officer in Colorado since 1979 and is still on active duty. His attention to details and dedication to investigative excellence resulted in his assignment to work undercover in narcotics as both an investigator and later as a supervisor for nearly 13 years. During that time he has conducted and supervised covert criminal investigations in both the state and federal courts. Due to his level of expertise he was selected to supervise a multi-jurisdictional task force for the FBI for 6 years. This task force is dedicated to the investigation of violent criminal gang based drug trafficking organizations and their prosecution in federal court system.

By virtue of his investigative experience Mr. Quigley is used as an instructor for local police departments, federally funded agencies such as the Rocky Mountain High Intensity Drug Traffic Area [HIDTA] and the Drug Enforcement Administration [DEA]. Additionally Mr. Quigley teaches criminal law and drug investigations at the college level as well as speaking at narcotics conferences. Recognized as a subject matter expert, Mr. Quigley has presented intelligence and briefing material to the Office of National Drug Control & Policy [ONDCP] as well as prepared material to be presented before Congress in committee hearings.

On a personal level, Dale Quigley has a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice / law enforcement. He is married with two daughters and is active with his church. He holds a 4th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and belts in Jiu Jitsu and Judo. He was recognized regionally and nationally in competition in the late 70's. Upon retiring from competition he assisted in selecting the 1988 U.S. Olympic Tae Know Do team for the Olympic Games held in Seoul Korea. Today Mr. Quigley devotes a great deal of his free time volunteering his services as a mentor and referee to United States Swimming both in Colorado and nationally.
